Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
To request a return, please contact our support team at admin@dentasheen.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without first contacting us and receiving approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the incorrect product, contact us immediately at admin@dentasheen.com so we can investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personal care products
- Custom or personalised items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original order once approved, then place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may take several working days to process and display the refund in your account.
