Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Everything you need to know about delivery times, order changes, cancellations, refunds and returns.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order after the six-hour cancellation window has passed, we will provide a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

This is due to our orders being processed and shipped daily. We are unable to cancel an order after six hours have passed. If your order has already shipped, we cannot process a refund right away and you will be required to return the product to us.

REFUNDS

Refunds

If your product has arrived defective or damaged, we will offer you a full refund.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you are requesting a refund because you no longer want the product, this may not be accepted. We require a legitimate reason for refunds where we are responsible for an issue with your item.

RETURNS

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@dentasheen.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we charge a 15% restocking fee for returned products, unless there is an issue with the product where we take full responsibility.

RETURN POSTAGE

Return postage

By placing an order on our site, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.

If we believe there is an issue with the product that is our fault, we will take full responsibility for return postage costs.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalised items and personal care goods where hygiene rules apply.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

DELIVERY

Shipping times

All UK orders should usually be received within two to five business days after payment verification.

We start processing your order no earlier than six hours after it is placed. Please note that we require one to two working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is usually between two and three business days. Please consider any holidays that may impact delivery times.

PACKAGING

Parcel packaging

We often use Amazon Fulfilment Services to get our products to you faster through Prime delivery. Therefore, you may receive an Amazon package rather than our own custom branded packaging.

Orders may be sent via FedEx, UPS, DPD, USPS or another suitable delivery carrier.

TRACKING

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@dentasheen.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST PARCELS

Lost or stolen packages

Our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the relevant shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.
